Tony restringing the garden for me w/ a lighter color thread! And yes that is two loads of dirt so far.I know it's hard to tell but one side is already filled up.
Those are my ingredients for good soil. I mentioned them in my last update but thought I'd give you an idea of what I am talking about.I mix equal parts of each. So I take a 5 gallon bucket and put in one ingredient then I pour it to a storage box.Then do that to the second and third ingredients. I then mix them together and pour them into the garden box. It's really hard work when your pregnant so I have only been able to mix one batch at a time.

It's looking good! What are you still going to plant, now that it's getting really hot and later in the summer? I want to plant more too, so I'm just wondering.
I have bought this mixture before and just dumped all 3 bags into the 4x4 box and stirred it up that way. It was much easier.....I think!

I mix the ingredients like that b/c 1) the wind was blowing a lot and it was blowing half of my soil away and when I put it in the tub it wouldn't blow away. 2) it was helping mix equally parts b/c on his site he talked about cubic feet and not by the pound and I couldn't figure out the pound and cu ft ratio. So when I would measure in the 5 gallon bucket it came out better. So the bags I bought were not all equal in size or weight. That was just my problem.
I still need one more load of dirt but I have scooted dirt over more to one side so the plants I have left alive can have what soil they are suppose to have.
I was also given this sea salt stuff from a guy at church and he said this will make your garden just grow like crazy so I will see how that turns out.
And I have no idea what else to plant yet. I need to see what can grow b/c I have forgotten what all you can plant at this time of yr! More radishes and carrots? I have some carrots but they don't look so great. They were planted by some people at the TG farms down here. I think they just poured a whole pack of seeds in a pot and didn't bother separating them.I had to and they are just not doing good at all.
