This is what I had posted a couple of days before my last entry on my private blog. We got two new pools like a week or so ago. They(the kids) were freezing cold b/c of the well water. Also they were very dirty b/c the well pump is pumping sand and dirt out. We think the well itself is collapsing.
Here is what the pools look like.

Yes the white shirt Zach was wearing ended up being red by the time they got done swimming. The water was already warmed up in the little pool.

The big pool. It's not very big but big enough and it was what we could afford.
Ok see here's what the water did look like.

They were so excited that they couldn't wait to get in. They didn't care what color it was. By the time Alyssa got out of the pool she was blue. She doesn't have much body fat so her whole legs turned blue all the way to her hips. Her arms turned blue all the way up to her shoulders. Her face was blue also. It was a circle that covered her mouth and all around her nose. I tried to give her skin to skin contact but that wasn't doing any good so I took her into the bathroom and turned on the hair dryer and I rubbed her skin till she started warming up. I really think she was getting hypothermia. But we literally had to pull her out b/c she wanted to stay in and swim.We had to for her health and safety. After she got warm she wanted to get back in so we were going to let her and she stepped in and got right back out. See sometimes you just have to let kids figure things out for themselves so they learn their lesson.

W/some cleaning...

And some hourly cleaning of the pool filter for at least a week.

It slowly started to get clean but started to go green! Also Gabby learned to swim across the pool in the floaty. She can actually swim under water but she hasn't figured out how to swim up! LOL!

The pool is starting to look clear.

It is still cloudy but it is way better than what it was. Also Tony broke down and is using a little chemicals but is using way less than what your suppose to use. He said half amount or less. I can't handle chlorine w/my asthma even outdoor pools so that's
why I can't have him use many chemicals.
